TestIQ | When can I expect my refund?
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of the Terms & Conditions accepted during sign-up.
Refund processing time
Once a refund request is approved, it is usually processed on our side within 3 business days.
After processing:
- most refunds appear in your account within 1–2 business days
- in some cases, it may take up to 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
Processing times can vary based on your financial institution’s internal procedures.
Currency conversion considerations
If your original payment involved currency conversion, please note the following:
- exchange rates are set by your bank or card issuer
- any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable
- you may see separate conversion entries on your bank statement
Once a refund has been issued from our system, we are unable to track its status within your bank’s processing flow.
If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days (which is uncommon), we recommend contacting your bank and providing the transaction details.
Refund destination
Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method used during sign-up.
We are unable to redirect refunds to a different card or payment method.
If your card has expired or is temporarily blocked, your bank should still be able to receive the funds and credit them to your account balance.
