TestIQ | Will my plan renew automatically?
Yes — subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled before the renewal date.
When you sign up, all pricing details are shown upfront, including the trial price, the regular subscription rate, and what happens once the trial period ends.
Trial period & first charge
Every subscription starts with a free 7-day trial.
At the end of the trial:
- the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan
- the payment method on file is charged
- access to all premium features continues without interruption
After registration, you receive a confirmation email that includes:
- your subscription terms
- information about upcoming charges
- trial duration
- post-trial subscription price
- cancellation instructions
Automatic renewal
To maintain uninterrupted access, subscriptions are renewed automatically.
The renewal process includes:
- automatic billing on your renewal date
- renewal at your current subscription rate
- price protection for existing subscribers
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the self-service portal.
⚠️ To avoid future charges, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date.
Refund policy
Charges made after a renewal are non-refundable.
This includes:
- partially used subscription periods
- unused time after renewal
Please make sure to cancel in advance if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
